Return policy

All sale items, jewelry, and skincare are final sale meaning they cannot be returned nor exchanged, and store credit is NOT applicable.

Returns are eligible for store credit or refund to original payment within 14 days of delivery date. Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted. We do not accept exchanges at this point in time. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.

Once your return is received it will be processed and inspected. Once your item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process, and after processed can take a couple of business days to show up on your bank statement. Please note, you will only be refunded for the amount of your item. We do not refund shipping costs.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Damages must be reported within 2 days of receipt or they cannot be returned. Upon reporting your damaged item, please provide photo(s) through our returns + exchanges portal and we will be happy to assist you.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, computer resolutions or camera settings. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee.
