Shipping policy

Once USPS has marked your packaged delivered, we are no longer responsible for any items that might be missing, stolen, or damaged.

Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out. We are not responsible for delays within the USPS, lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. You will need to file a claim with the carrier.
